Bookings

Classes and Digital Reformer sessions must be booked in advance through the REFRAME app, powered by TRAININ.

Cancellations & no-shows

Bookings must be cancelled within the cancellation period communicated in the TRAININ app.

Digital reformer

Digital Reformer allows members to train independently using digitally guided workouts during designated studio access hours.

Before accessing Digital Reformer independently for the first time, new clients must complete three instructor-led Reformer group classes at REFRAME.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Mollie and managed through our TRAININ platform.

Membership duration, pausing & cancellation

REFRAME memberships are entered into for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

During this agreed membership period, memberships cannot be cancelled early for convenience. Members may, however, request to pause their membership in accordance with the pause conditions applicable to their membership.

Our heated classes take place in an infrared-heated environment of up to approximately 35°C.

To create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, we ask all clients to:
