WHY
INFRARED
HEAT?
More than sweat. Every movement has a purpose.
The heat is the environment
Strength is the goal.
I.
Before class

II.
During class
The studio is heated up to 35°C, so yes — things will get hot.
Heat adds intensity. Take a break whenever you need one, hydrate and build up gradually if you're new to heated training.
Don't chase the sweat. Focus on your movement, alignment and technique.
III.
after class
Rehydrate
Replenish with water and, if needed, electrolytes after your workout.
Give your body what it needs to recover — hydration, nourishing food and rest.
Train hard.
Recover smart.
Come back stronger.
